Another member (Hilleen Schwartzenberger) attended only five of the ten meetings in 2004 Every meeting held in 2004 had a quorum. A IV. Training/Certification: The PAC members participated in the required training in 2002. By January 8, 2003, all members had submitted their training certifications to staff. V. Proposed Work Plan/Objectives for Next Year: The work plan/objectives for next year include working on the implementation of the Waterfront Plan and Pittsburg/Bay Point BART Station Area Specific Plan, and seeing the completion of the multi-year, multi-million dollar North Broadway Infrastructure and housing project. The PAC will also continue to implement the Community Group Funding Program for neighborhood beautification projects initiated by volunteer groups in Bay Point. This activity will both enhance the physical image of Bay Point, and develop the capacity and financial resources of community groups. The Bay Point PAC will continue to work with the Bay Point MAC on the review of land use applications for the area.
