This Contract includes asix-month automatic extension through December 31, 2006, in an amount not to exceed $35,000. On January 18,2005,the Board of Supervisors approved Novation Contract#24-959-10 with Family Stress Center for the period from July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005, (which included asix-month automatic extension through December 31, 2005) for the provision of mental health services, including individual, group and family collateral counseling, case management, and medication management services to CalWORKs participants to reduce barriers to employment.
