Recommended Action: APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with Pacific Advanced Civil Engineering (PACE) Inc., for ongoing on call plan check services in the Dougherty Valley area, to extend the contract term from October 2, 2004 to October 1, 2005, and to increase the payment limit by$25,000 to a new payment limit of$ 300,000, effective January 11, 2005. IL Financial Impact: There will be no financial impact to the General Fund. Reasons for Recommendations and Background: Pacific Advanced Civil Engineering (PACE) Inc., provides on call specialized drainage review services in the Dougherty Valley development area. IV.
