The result of this work in the Bay Point Waterfront Strategic Plan. On December 16, 2003, the Board of Supervisors accepted the Bay Point Waterfront Strategic Plan and authorized a General Plan study for the project. The subject consultant contract is to conduct the first phase of environmental work necessary for the general plan study. The next phase of the work is contingent on the 2005/06 Redevelopment Agency budget.
