(District III) FISCAL IMPACT: None. .BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR_REC OMM_ENNDA_TION(S The condition of approval for Minor Subdivision 81-00028 required construction of improvements along Camino Tassaj ara Road. The Public Works Department executed a Deferred Improvement Agreement with Nolan C. and Marian Sharp, pennnitting the deferment of construction of the improvements. The Engineering Services division of Public Works has reviewed the improvement plans for Subdivision 99-08381 and has determined that the Subdivision 99-08381 improvements satisfy the improvements described in Exhibit "B" of the Deferred Improvement Agreement for Minor Subdivision 81-00028. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The Deferred Improvement Agreement will not be exonerated. The aforesaid Deferred Improvement Agreement was recorded on November 1, 1984 in Book 12047 of Official Records at page 547 and page 552 and became an encumbrance against Assessor's Parcel No. 206-030-026, -033.
