(District II) Project No. 7539-6D8484 SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDED ACTION: APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Chief Engineer,Flood Control and Water Conservation District,or designee,to execute a contract amendment with William Self Associates,Inc. effective January 1,2006,to extend the term from January 1,2006 to December 31,2006 to provide archaeology assessment,mitigation and construction monitoring consulting services for the Rossmoor Basin Expansion Project, Central County area. FISCAL IMPACT: There is no impact to the County General Fund. The project is funded by Drainage Area 67/Rossmoor Basin(75%) and City of Walnut Creek(25%) Funds.
