SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATIONS)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2004/ 611 for RA 00-01099 (cross-reference Subdivision 98-08166), accepting completion of improvements for Road Improvement Agreement and declaring a certain road (Bixler Road) as a County road,being developed by Hofmann Land Development Company, Byron area. (District III) FISCAL IMPACT: None. BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): Public improvements have been built and inspected per County ordinance. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The improvements will not be accepted.
