(District III) FISCAL IMPACT: None. BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): The public improvements have been built and inspected per County ordinance. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The improvements will not be accepted.
