SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMMATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2.004/ 609 for RA 99-01089(cross-reference Subdivision 98-08166 and Subdivision 98- 08167 frontage), accepting completion of public improvements (widening of the south side of Point of Timber Road) for Road Improvement Agreement and declaring Point of Timber Road as a County road,being developed by Talisman Realty Group, Inc., dba Hofmann Land Development, Byron area. (District III) FISCAL IMPACT: None. BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): The public improvements have been built and inspected per County ordinance. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The improvements will not be accepted.
