My daughter is a candidate for lung surgery on August 26th and most likely will be hospitalized for several days. Once at home, she has a long rehab with more chemoradiation and multiple follow-up visits. Earlier this year, I was thinking I would return to help with the banquet, now I understand that the event has been postponed again. Please began to consider filling my seat, because my caregiver responsibilities are too great at this time for me to be a productive member of the commission. Unfortunately at this time, i can not predict when I might be available to serve as a commissioner again. Thanks to the hard work of Commissioner Lucy, the website looks good and will give the commission much more visibility! Good Luck with future endeavors!
