(District III) FISCAL. IMPACT: None. BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATIONS): Hofirlann Land Development Company was conditioned to widen Bider Road for Subdivision 01-08570. As a result of the widening along the East Contra Costa Irrigation District Canal,a slope easement is required for future maintenance of the road and slope. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The slope easement will not be accepted and rights to maintain the road and slope will not be obtained.
