R-ZASQNS MR T The purpose of this agreement is to provide students with the opportunity to integrate academic knowledge with application skills and attitudes at progressively higher levels of performance require- ment's and responsibility. Supervised field work experience for students is considered to be an integral part of both the educational and professional preparation. The Health Services Department can provide the requisite field education, while at the same time, taking advantage of the students ' services to patients. On September 21, 1999, the Board of Supervisors approved Unpaid Student Training Agreement #26-126-2 with Contra Costa Community College District for the period from September 1, 1999 through August 31, 2004 . Supervised fieldwork experience is considered to be an integral part of both educational and professional preparation. As a teaching hospital, Contra Costa Regional Medical Center can provide the requisite field education, while at the same time taking advantage of the students ' services to County' s patients. Approval of Unpaid Student Training Agreement #26-126-3 will allow students from Contra Costa Community College District to continue receiving clinical and field experience in Nursing, Emergency Medical. Technician, and Medical Assistant/Office Technician Programs through August 31, '2009.
