forwarded to the Real Property Division for delivery.

11. Fiscallmpact:
The activity is funded 100% by the Contra Costa County Redevelopment Agency.
III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background:
Mr. Apostol was required to relocate from his home at 101 N. Bella Monte Avenue, #A, Bay Point, in
order for the Redevelopment Agency to proceed with the North Broadway Revitalization Project in the
Bay Point area. Mr. Apostol has moved into his new dwelling, and the move, rent, storage and
insurance expenses are part of the relocation entitlement required by Government Code § 7260, et.
Seq.
IV. Consequences of Negative Action:
The County will not be in compliance with State and Federal law.

expenses, to be forwarded to the Real Property Division for delivery.
