Background: The facility will be used for an all day meeting on Tuesday, January 13, 2004. This Access to Care Summit will develop a strategic plan for increasing access to health care for families and children in Contra Costa County. Fiscal' Impact: Funds in the amount of$850 to cover the rental fees are being provided by Blue Cross of California and Kaiser Permanente, two of our partners in the Access to Care coalition. No date is held until a contract is signed and proper fees are paid. Your$100.00 deposit holds your date and is non-refire debte. 3.
