RECOMMENDATION: ADOPT Resolution #2004147 authorizing the Sheriff, or his designee, to execute grant documents on behalf of the Contra Costa County Anti-Terrorism Approvals Body providing funding in an amount not to exceed $2,280,637 for the period ending October 31, 2004. ll. FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE. There are no cost-share or match requirements associated with this funding. Ill. BACKGROUND: The application and acceptance of funding from this grant was approved by the Beard of Supervisors on October 14, 2003 as Consent Item C48. This Resolution provides Signature Authority as required by the Governors Office of Emergency Services.
