The Lafayette Park Hotel has also been very generous in assisting the Lafayette Community Foundation in their efforts to raise funds for a new library in Lafayette. El Sobrante Garden Project Michael Baefsky developed the overall design for the re-landscaping of the El Sobrante Library. The design included the design and recommendations for native and cultivated drought-resistant plants, integrated with a set of new community benches (or seat wall) and a community bulletin board. Wendy Anderson For the last 5 years, Wendy Anderson has raised funds for the library, for community literacy projects and has found numerous opportunities to improve the library for her community and for countywide library programs.
