(Project No's. 0672-6U2882-04 & 0662-6R4212-04) SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDED ACTION: ADOPT Resolution No. 2004/ 633 accepting as complete the contracted work performed by California Pavement Maintenance Company,Inc.,for the 2004 Slurry Seal and Microsurface Project, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Countywide. FISCAL IMPACT: Project was funded by 100% Local Road Funds (Slurry Seal) and 100% Measure C Funds (Microsurface). REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS AND BACKGROUND: The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans,special provisions and standard specifications and recommends its acceptance as complete as of November 17, 2004. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: Contractor will not be paid and acceptance notification will not be recorded. Therefore, said work is ACCEPTED as completed on said date, and the Clerk shall file with the County Recorder a copy of this Resolution and Notice as a Notice of Completion for said contract.
