SUBJECT: Facilities Use Agreement for the Brenden Theaters, Concord, California,
on February 1, 2005
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
Recommendation:
AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or his designee, Wendel Brunner, MD, Public Health
Director, to sign a hold harmless agreement indemnifying Brenden Theaters located at. 1985 Willow
Pass Road, Concord, California, 94520 on February 1, 2005.
Background
The facility will be used for the screening of the film, "Let's Get Real," on Tuesday, February 1, 20057
from 4:00-6:00 PM. Doors will open at 3:30 PM.
Fiscal Impact:
Funds in the amount of$1,000 to cover the facility rental fees are being provided by the Contra Costa
County Office of Education.

2 Renter agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Brenden 71eatrie Co,porution.its officers, employees_ agents or affiliates
harmless from any claim,loss or damage, including but not limited to Wornc•s fees,as a result of the use of Bi-ender

employees,guests,agents or any property brought to Branded facilities in regards to the Event,including but not limited to

property brought to B,endzn facilities in connection with the Event,at the conclusion of the Event
