William Walker, M.D. Health Services Director ' COUNTY � s � i O -• ST'9 C DATE: December 14, 2004 SUBJECT: Facilities Use Agreement for the Brenden Theaters, Concord, California, on February 1, 2005 SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION Recommendation: AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or his designee, Wendel Brunner, MD, Public Health Director, to sign a hold harmless agreement indemnifying Brenden Theaters located at. 1985 Willow Pass Road, Concord, California, 94520 on February 1, 2005. Background The facility will be used for the screening of the film, "Let's Get Real," on Tuesday, February 1, 20057 from 4:00-6:00 PM. Doors will open at 3:30 PM. Fiscal Impact: Funds in the amount of$1,000 to cover the facility rental fees are being provided by the Contra Costa County Office of Education.
