(District I1) FISCAL IMPACT: None. BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): Condition of Approval Number 19 for Miner Subdivision 03-00018 states that the applicant shall relinquish abutter's rights of access to Boulevard Way. The acceptance of this instrument satisfies this condition. _CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The abutter's rights of access will not be relinquished.
