RECOMMENDATION
1. APPROVE a Subordination, Non-disturbance and Attomment Agreement with Archon Financial,
L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, for the premises at 171 Sand Creek Road, Building 4, Unit
A, Brentwood.
2. AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services, or designee, to EXECUTE the Subordination,
Nan-disturbance and Attornment Agreement.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
There is no financial impact to the County.
BACKGROUND
The County has leased 171 Sand Creek Road, Building 4, Unit A, Brentwood since October 5, 2004.
The lease expires January 31, 2015. The owners of the premises are obtaining a permanent loan for
the Sand Creep Business Center and the lease requires the County to execute the Subordination,
Non-disturbance and Attomment Agreement.
