DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS PROPERTY • SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDATION DECLARE as surplus and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to dispose of vehicles and equipment no longer needed for public use, as specifically set forth in the attachment to this Board Order. FINANCIAL IMPACT There is no financial impact associated with approval of the recommended action. BACKGROUND Section 1108-2.212 of the County Ordinance Code authorizes the Purchasing Agent to dispose of any personal property belonging to Contra Costa County and found by the Board of Supervisors not to be further required for public use.
