Uilkema, Centra Costa County Supervisor, since her election to the Board in 1996; and WHEREAS, Michael .Barry .Eisenberg was knowledgeable in the workings of the County and a master at getting things accomplished;and 9WEEEAS, Michael .Barry Eisenberg played an instrumental part in the creation of many outstanding programs including First Night Martinez, Weed and geed West County, the Rodeo RedevelopmenVWest County Revitalization Project, and the Alhambra Creek Watershed Project; and WHEREAS, Michael Barry Eisenberg always promoted the advancement of technology throughout County offices; and WHEREAS, Michael.Barry Eisenberg had great respect for all people and was always willing to go the extra mile to find the best solution to a problem; and 9 EREAS, Michael Barry.Eisenberg was a cherished member of the Contra Costa County family and an esteemed Bend and colleague to many; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors does hereby honor .Michael Barry Eisenberg for his many years of service and dedication to the people of Contra Costa County by naming him County Employee of the Year 2002. When he saw that something was wrong, he fixed it; and 9WEREAS, Michael Anthony Impastato represented his fellow firefighters with integrity and fervor as the Vice President of the Firefighters Local 1230; and UWEREAS, Michael Anthony Impastato was a warmhearted, spirited leader who truly believed in his union and his fellow union brothers and sisters, and W EREAS, Mchael Anthony Impastato made Contra Costa County a truly safer place for us all to live; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors does hereby honor MichaelAnthony Impastato for his many years of service and dedication to the people of Contra Costa County by naming him County Employee of the Year 2002.
