The Contra Costa Board of Supervisors RESOLVES that:
On the basis of a traffic and engineering survey and recommendations thereon by the
County Public Works Department's Traffic Engineering Division, and pursuant to County
Ordinance Code Sections 462.002 0 46-2.012,the following traffic regulation is established
(and other action taken as indicated):
Pursuant to Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code parking is hereby
declared to be limited to 4 hours on the southerly side of Second Avenue
South (Road No.3975D), Pacheco area, beginning at a point 30 feet west of
the center line of the intersection of Willow Street extending easterly a total
distance of 40 feet.

travel in excess of 25 miles per hour on the entire length of Stone Road
(Road No. 8987C), Bethel Island area.
Traffic Resolution #1524 pertaining to the existing speed limit is hereby rescinded.
