Notice of Completion of Contract witand NOTICE OF COMPLETION
Biland Construction Company (C.C. §3086, 3093)
BudgetLine Item No. 4421-4231 RESOLUTION NO. 2003/772

The Board of Supervisors RESOLVES THAT:
The County of Contra Costa on July 22, 2003, contracted with Biland Construction
Company for the Srtework for the Headstart Facility at ParkHaven Church,, 1187
Meadow Lane, Concord for the Community Services Department, Budget Line Item
No. 4421-4231., Authorization No. 0928-WH231 B, with Developers Surety and
Indemnity Company as surety, for work to be performed on the grounds of the
County; and
The Director of General Services reports that said work has been inspected and
complies with the approved plans and specifications, and recommends its acceptance
as complete as of December 9, 2003; and recommends the withholding of $75,140
pursuant to the "withhold summary" provisions of the contract between Biland
Construction Company and the County.
Therefore, said work is accepted as recommended above, and the Clerk shall file with
the County Recorder a copy of this Resolution and Notice as a Notice of Complerion

for said co act; and the Director of General Services, or designee, s directed to
withhold monies otherwise due pursuant to the letter dated November 19, 2003*
