Hours of operation must conform to current ordinances that relate to noise and nuisance. 3. Property must be kept neat and business equipment etc, shielded from view of a main street. 4. Limiting on-site-employees to 5 that access the property daily. 5. Business use of property must not cover more than 5%of the property. 6. No retail selling, manufacturing operations such as pre-fabrication of homes with the exception of the sale of agriculture products and animal food, supplies and/or gear. t Types of business use: Construction(most types)no on-site construction(like manufactured homes) Plumbing Electrical Underground Welding Sheet metal Roofing, framing, concrete Trucking Landscape and related Equine related-training, boarding Accounting and business services Direct Sales- Avon, Mary Kay, Amway Maintenance and repair services Home Office Proposal#2 To "grandfather in" businesses as they exist in Knightsen. The county would issue land use permits to current business owners that operate in Knightsen for the usual fee. If the property were to sell or transfer to a new owner it could no longer be used for business. The land use permit would not be transferable to new property owners. 1
