(District Ill) The following documents were presented for Board approval this dater I. Map The final map of Subdivision 8620,property located in the San Ramon(Dougherty Valley)area, Supervisorial District III, said map having been certified by the proper officials. II. Background Information The intent of this map is for large lot delineation and to act as a conveyance mechanism for future lots. The proposed final map subdivides three lots into eleven lots. The majority of those lots will be further subdivided and seeking final map recordation shortly. The improvements necessary for the developer to satisfy the appropriate Conditions of Approval are on separate road, subdivision,drainage and landscape improvement agreements. County staff has determined that the appropriate conditions of approval have been satisfied and these lots can be created at this time.
