Knopoff and Jean A. Knopoff, Co-Trustees of the Knopoff Family Trust dated October 12, 1990,for County road purposes,the real property described in Exhibit"A" attached hereto,for$279,663.56, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Purchase and Sale Agreement between the County of Contra Costa and Leon M. Knopoff and Jean A. Knopoff, Co- Trustees, dated December 12, 2001, which is a fair and reasonable price therefor. A copy of said agreement is on file in the Public Works Department. This Board will meet on February 12, 2002, at 9:00 a.m. in the Board's Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, California,to consummate this purchase and the Clerk of this Board is DIRECTED to publish the attached notice in the Contra Costa Times pursuant to Government Code Section 6063.
