ACKNOWLEDGE that adoption of a new Master Resolution with a'complete roster of all appointments is required by Board policy whenever terms expire or new appointments are made. 3. INDICATE that this RESOLUTION supersedes in its entirety the Resolution No. 2001/499, which was adapted by the Board of Supervisors on October 16, 2001. . CONCUR with the appointment of one Alternate to the SWAT, one Alternate to the TRANSPLAN, and one Alternate to tate Bary Area Partnership Governing Board, the terms of which will correspond to the terms of the primary seats. 5. APPOINT a Member and Alternate to the East minty Transportation Improvement Authority, nearly established by Board action on December 18, 2001, fa.
