Rosemary M. Corbin, Mayor,City of Richmond, 114 Crest Avenue, Richmond, spoke on the reorganization and welcomed Supervisor Gioia as neve Chair of the Board of Supervisors. George A.Harris;member of the Contra Costa County West School Board welcomed Supervisor Gioia as the new Chair of the Board of Supervisors. He expressed support of the new Chair's comments regarding quality education. Laureen Ann Nettles, Petswithoutpartners.com, 14 Melina Court, San Ramon on the subject of mandatory micro chipping for Contra Crista County cats and dogs.
