FISCAL TMC' This performance Contract guarantees the use of eight (8) State Hospital beds, as specified in the' Contract at a cost of $926,487 for Fiscal Year 2001-2002. This amount will be paid from the Mental Health Realignment Trust; Fund. Approval by the Board. of Supervisors of this Mental Health. Service's Performance Contract is required for the County, to retain the State and Federal Mental Health Allocation' Funds for FY 2001-2002 .
