Financial impact: Payment totaling $10,530.62 to be made from the State Route 4 East Widening Project, Railroad Avenue to Loveridge Road, which is 100% reimbursable from Contra Costa Transportation Authority. Ill. Reasons for Recommendations and Background; Doris Woodard resided at a dwelling unit from which she had been displaced because of the highway widening project and Advanced Fencing was using the parcel as storage for their surplus material The payments are part of the relocation entitlement required by Government Cade § 7250, et. Seq. IV. Consequences of Negative Action; The County will not be in compliance with State and Federal law.
