Code § 25526.5) SUBJECT: ADOPT Resolution No. 2002/109 approving Quitclaim Deed of County Interest in Real Property-Subdivision 6933 Portion of Lot Project No. 3520-5011-513060C Diablo Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, RESOLVES THAT: Contra Costa County accepted the scenic easement regarding development rights as a condition of approval for Subdivision 6933 by Board Order recorded December 18, 1990, Book 16314, Page 108 of Contra Costa County Official Records. The Zoning Administrator has determined compliance with the conditions and the portion of the easement described in Exhibit "A"attached hereto is DETERMINED to be surplus and no longer necessary for County or other public purposes and its estimated value does not exceed$10,000. Pursuant to Government Code Section 25526.5, the Board hereby APPROVES the quitclaim of said interest to Kumarakulasingam and Rushika Suriyakumar. The Board hereby AUTHORIZES the Chair to execute a Quitclaim Deed on behalf of the County and DIRECTS Current Planning Division to deliver said Gleed to grantee. A Negative Declaration was APPROVED and ADOPTED by the Board on December 19, 1989 for Subdivision 6933. l hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
