BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S) : On August 14, 2001, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #74-077-3 with J & C Nationwide, for the period from July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2002, for the provision of temporary physicians to provide outpatient psychiatric services to County' s Adult Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in East County. On February 27, 2001, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #74-040-1 (as amended by Contract Amendment #74-040-2) with Nia Nonzamo, for the period from March 1, 2001 through February 28, 2002 , to provide dual diagnosis services to the Department with regard to the Health, Housing, and Integrated Services Network (HHISN) Project . Approval of Contract #74-040-3 will allow Contractor to continue providing services through February 28, 2003 .
