FISCAL IMPACT No General Fund money will be used on this project. The total estimated contract amount of $30,000 is included in the proposed 2001/2002 Redevelopment Agency Budget . The properties include the parcel located at the southeast corner of Willow Pass Road and Clearland Avenue and the property known as Ambrose Park, located on the south side of State Route 4, east of Bailey Road. An appraisal for the Willow Pass/Clearland property will assist the District in their efforts for marketing the site for future development. An appraisal of Ambrose Park would inform the District and the Redevelopment Agency of the feasibility of future development on portions of the property or the site in its entirety. It would provide information necessary in determining the feasibility of relocating part or all of the park facilities in the event of a sale. Cost for two appraisals have been estimated at approximately $25,000 - $30,000.
