JOHN SWEETEN, CLERK OF cc: County Administrator THE POARD OF SUPERVISORS County Counsel AND O ADMINISTRATOR BY ' , DEPUTY BACKGROUND/REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS The Affordable Housing Finance Committee advises the Board of Supervisors on the allocation of approximately$4.5 million in HOME Investment Partnership Act and Community Development Block Grant funds for affordable housing development in Contra Costa County. The Committee consists of nine members, including three Community Representatives, three County Representatives and three City Representatives. Elizabeth Seifel is the current West County Representative and Ronald L. Weber is a Community Representative.
