Pursuant to this Agreement, effective October 1 , 2001 all classifications represented by the Deputy Sheriffs' Association Management Unit will receive a 4% wage increase. It is understood that this proposal is a part of the settlement package that is currently being negotiated between the County and the DSA. Additionally, in order for this proposal to be implemented, a tentative agreement on this proposal must be reached by October 10, 2001.
