ABSENT: NONE ABSTAIN: NONE Resolution No. 2001/ 502 Subject: Approve the Agreement ) between the County and the Deputy Sheriffs' ) Association Rank & File Unit providing a 4% ) Wage Increase ) THE CONTRA COSTA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, in its capacity as governing Board of the county of Contra Costa and all districts of which it is ex-officio governing Board, RESOLVES THAT: The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County shall APPROVE the attached Agreement between Contra Costa County and the Deputy Sheriffs' Association Rank & File Unit. Pursuant to this Agreement, effective October 1 , 2001 all classifications represented by the Deputy Sheriffs' Association Rank & File Unit will receive a 4% wage increase. It is understood that this proposal is a part of the settlement package that is currently being negotiated between the County and the DSA. Additionally, in order for this proposal to be implemented, a tentative agreement on this proposal , must be reached by October 10, 2001.
