Forkel, District Secretary for Reclamation District No. 2026 (Webb Tract), advising that a Notice Calling for Nomination Petitions for one vacancy on the Board of Trustees was duly published and that the District received one nomination petition from David A. Forkel. Since no petition requesting an election has been received, the Board of Trustees requests that the Board of Supervisors appoint the nominee to fill the vacancy. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the following person is reappointed to the Board of Trustees of Reclamation District 2026 for the terms shown herein: Trustee Term David A.
