Nakagawa, Secretary for Reclamation District 2065 (Veale Tract), requesting that, pursuant to provisions of Water Code Section 50604 and 50742 and Government Code Section 1780 © (2), the Board of Supervisors appoints Coleman Foley and Marc R. Frelier to the Board of Trustees to fill expired terms in lieu of election. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the following persons are appointed to the Board of Trustees of Reclamation District 2065 for the terms shown herein: Trustee Term Coleman Foley November 2004 Marc R. The District has only 1,363.20 acres within its boundaries with four (4) landowners.
