SPECIFIC REQUESTS OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION
Board of Supervisors to EXERCISE, on behalf of the County, an option to extend the Lease
dated August 1, 1989 as amended on February 2, 1999 for the premises at 724 Escobar Street,
Martinez, for continued occupancy by the Superior Court, under the terms and conditions more
particularly set forth in said Lease.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are to come from the General Fund budget, Trial Court Programs.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND
Provide continued use of office space as required for Superior Court Family Court Services..
