Code § 25365) SUBJECT: ADOPT Resolution No. 2001/ 468to convey County owned real property to the State of California in connection with the State Route 4/Willow Pass Grade Lowering and Widening Project. Project No. 4660-6X4107 Bay Point and Pittsburg Areas The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: This Board on September 25,2001, passed Resolution No. 2001/441 and Notice fixing October 9, 2001, at 9:00 a.m., in its Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, California, as the time and place when it would meet to consummate the conveyance of the real property described therein to the State of California; said Notice was duly published in the Contra Costa Times. This Board, by the aforesaid Resolution, conveys the property acquired for said project in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Cooperative Agreement on file in the Public Works Department. This Board hereby APPROVES the conveyance between Contra Costa County and the State of California and the conveyance of the property described in Exhibit"A"attached hereto. The Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Grant Deed to the State of California on behalf of the County, and DIRECTS the Real Property Division to cause its delivery to the grantee for acceptance and recording.
