SUBJECT: ADOPT Resolution No. 2001/ 468to convey County owned real property to the State of
California in connection with the State Route 4/Willow Pass Grade Lowering and Widening
Project.

The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
This Board on September 25,2001, passed Resolution No. 2001/441 and Notice fixing October 9,
2001, at 9:00 a.m., in its Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, California, as the time and
place when it would meet to consummate the conveyance of the real property described therein to the
State of California; said Notice was duly published in the Contra Costa Times.
This Board, by the aforesaid Resolution, conveys the property acquired for said project in
accordance with the terms and conditions of the Cooperative Agreement on file in the Public Works
Department.
This Board hereby APPROVES the conveyance between Contra Costa County and the State of
California and the conveyance of the property described in Exhibit"A"attached hereto. The Board Chair
is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Grant Deed to the State of California on behalf of the County, and
DIRECTS the Real Property Division to cause its delivery to the grantee for acceptance and recording.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, on
September 25, 2001, declared its intention to convey to the State of California the following
described real property:
All that real property situated in the State of California, County of Contra Costa and City of
Pittsburg described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Together with and including all improvements located thereon.
Notice is further given that it is proposed to convey said property to the State of California
as conditioned in the Cooperative Agreement.
The Board will meet on Tuesday, October 9, 2001, at 9:00 a.m. a.m. in the Board's
Chambers, County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California,to make
such conveyance by at least a four-fifths vote.
