SUBJECT: ADOPT Resolution No. 2001/474 and approve Quitclaim Deed of County
Interest in Real Property - Subdivision 6933

The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, RESOLVES THAT:
Contra Costa County accepted the Scenic Easement Regarding Development Rights
as a condition of approval for Subdivision 6933 by Board Order recorded December 18,
1990, Book 16314, Page 108 of Contra Costa County Official Records. The Zoning
Administrator has determined compliance with the conditions and the portion of the
easement described in Exhibit"A" attached hereto is DETERMINED to be surplus and
no longer necessary for County or other public purposes and its estimated value does
not exceed $10,000.
Pursuant to Government Code Section 25526.5, the Board hereby APPROVES the
quitclaim of said interest to Robert C. and Deanna Hagerty. The Board hereby
AUTHORIZES the Chair to execute a Quitclaim Deed on behalf.of the County and
DIRECTS Current Planning Division to deliver said deed to grantee.
A Negative Declaration was APPROVED and ADOPTED by the Board on December
19, 1989 for Subdivision 6933.

QUITCLAIM DEED
For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of California,
does hereby remise, release and forever quitclaim to Robert C. Hagerty and Deanna
Hagerty, as Co-Trustees of the Hagerty Living Trust dated May 14, 1999, the following
described real property in the unincorporated area of the County of Contra Costa, State of
California.
