FINANCIAL IMPACT: Funds have been previously appropriated for this project. BACKGROUND: This project incorporates improvements to the County Administration Building in Richmond to alleviate HVAC deficiencies in the District Attorney's suite, consolidate District Attorney functions scattered throughout the North wing, provide accessible toilet facilities for the public, and improve public access to the Veterans Services suite. By consolidating District Attorney functions on the second floor, the remodeling project will free up space on the first floor to accommodate future expansion of the Superior Court.
