Traffic will be detoured via neighboring streets per the plan approved by Public Works. 2. All signing to be in accordance with the State of California Manual of Traffic Controls. 3. Rodeo Baseball Association shall comply with the requirements of the Ordinance Code of Contra Costa County. 4. Have on file with the County a Certificate of Insurance in the amount of$1,000,000 for Comprehensive General Public Liability which names the County as an additional insured. 5. Recommended Action: APPROVE Rental Agreements and Assignment Agreements between County and various residential properties acquired in advance of the proposed State Route 4 East/Railroad Avenue to Loveridge Road Widening Project, and AUTHORIZE the Director of Public Works to EXECUTE any documents and take all necessary actions in connection with management and administration of said agreements. II. Financial Impact: Revenue to.be applied to Contra Costa Transportation Authority. LII. Reasons for Recommendations and Back round: The Board of Supervisors approved the advanced acquisition of residential properties for the State Route 4 East/Railroad Avenue to Loveridge Road Widening Project. Upon acquisition of the properties, agreements will be necessary with the occupants,and the County Public Works staff will coordinate their administration. IV. Consequences of Negative Action: The Board would be asked to approve individual Rental Agreements and Assignment Agreements causing extra work and delays in the administration o project. SUBJECT: Termination of a Portion of an Offer of Dedication of a Drainage Easement from Tract 2627 (75M36 - Via Marga) and Determine that the Activity is not subject to CEQA, Pursuant to Article 5, Section 15061 (b) (3) CDD-CP #00-98 W.O. 1660, Alamo Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: This Termination of an Offer of Dedication of a certain excess right of way not required for drainage purposes is made pursuant to Government Code Section 66477.2(c) and to Division 9, Part 3, Chapter 4 of the Streets and Highways Code, commencing with Section 8330, et. seq. Pira-Sandoval cc: See last page PHIL BATCHELOR, Clerk of the Board of Supervisor nd County Administrator BY— A J Deputy RESOLUTION NO. 20011 13 Considering all facts before it, this Board FINDS there is no reasonable probability that the County will accept the offered easement into the County drainage system, that no public money has been expended for maintenance of the offered drainage, and that it is in the best interests of the County and the public that the offered area be privately owned and maintained. This Board hereby FINDS that the proposed termination will not have a significant effect on the environment, and that it has been determined to be exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article 5, Section 15061 (b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines. This Board DIRECTS the Director of Community Development to file a Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk, and DIRECTS the Public Works Director to arrange for payment of the $25.00 handling fee to the County Clerk for filing and a $25.00 fee to Community Development for processing of the Notice of Exemption. This Board having considered the general plan, FINDS that in accordance with its Resolution No. 81/522, this termination is minor in nature and is therefore exempt from general plan conformance review. This Board hereby TERMINATES the hereinabove described offer of dedication and ABANDONS the right of the County to accept said offer.
