Re: CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT
On this date, following deliberation in Closed Session, County Counsel
announced that by a unanimous vote, the Board APPROVED the final
settlement claim of Sylvia Sancern in accordance with the provisions of the
settlement agreement.
I hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of
an action taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
