The application form used by the Community Development Department in this process requires consistency with the General Plan and zoning on the parcel, as well as signatures from the local Municipal Advisory Council and/or other advisory bodies. On October 24, 2000, the Knightsen Town Advisory Council (KTAC) heard the proposal by the Red Coach Deli located at#3079 Knightsen Avenue in the Knightsen area. A copy of KTAC's approval is attached as Exhibit"A". Exhibit"B" is a letter from the Sheriff indicating they have no objections to this application. The Health Services Alcohol and Other Drugs Advisory Board's decision to not oppose the granting of the license is attached as Exhibit "C".
