III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background:
David L. Gates & Associates provides plan review, field inspections, and other consulting services
related to landscape architecture primarily for those areas (to be) annexed into the countywide LL-2
landscape district. Most services are paid by developer fees.
IV. Consequences of Negative Action:
Negative action would result in the inability of Public Works to provide these services with the required
level of expertise needed to ensure that landscape areas managed by the Department are designed and
.constructed in accordance with the Department's Landscape Standards.
