OFFER OF DEDICATION - ROAD PURPOSES
We, Pawan K. Garg and Krishna Garg, husband and wife as joint tenants, the undersigned,
being the present title owners of record of the herein described parcel of land, do hereby make an
irrevocable offer of dedication to CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State
of California, and its successors or assigns, for street, highway landscaping and other related
purposes including maintenance thereof, the real property situated in the County of Contra Costa,
State of California, described in Exhibit "A" (written description) and shown on Exhibit "B" (plat
map) attached hereto.
It is understood and agreed that CONTRA COSTA COUNTY and its successors or assigns shall
incur no liability with respect to such offer of dedication, and shall not assume any responsibility for
the offered parcel of land or any improvements thereon or therein, until such offer has been accepted
by appropriate action of the Board of Supervisors, or of the local governing bodies of its successors
or assigns.
The provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon heirs, successors, assigns,
and personal representatives of the respective parties hereto.

Enes Ambrose Subdivision, First Unit, recorded August 2, 1927 in Volume 20 of Maps, page
561, records of Contra Costa County, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 2, (20 M 561) thence from said point of beginning
South 0° 05'30"East, 10.00 feet,to a point on a line parallel with and 42 feet southeasterly,
measured at right angles from the proposed centerline of Willow Pass Road as shown on the
Map entitled "A precise Section of the Streets and Highways Plan-Contra Costa County-Willow
Pass Road"recorded April 6, 1962 in Book 4092 of Official records at page 357, thence along
said parallel line North 89° 58'30" West, 101.94 feet to the true point of beginning, thence
continuing along said line North 89°58'30"West, 8.02 feet; thence southwesterly along a
tangent curve, concave to the southeast having a radius of 20 feet, through a central angle of 90°
07' 00", an arc distance of 31.46 feet; thence southeasterly parallel with the centerline of
Ambrose Avenue, South 0005'30"East 180.36 feet,thence South 89°58'30" East, 8.02 feet,
thence North 0005'30"West, 180.36 feet; thence along a tangent curve concave to the northeast,
having a radius of 20.00 feet, a central angle of 90°07', an arc length of 31.36 feet, to the true
point of beginning.
