BACKGROUND/REASONS FOR RECODZENDATIONS: Or, May 26, 2000, a file was opened regarding Land use violation - Storing Commercial Vehicles and Junkyard Conditions. A site inspection of this property revealed the following items being stored: a dump truck, 4 junk vehicles, scrap metal, dismantled machinery, and salvaged building materials. The property owner is in violation of the following County ordinances: Title 8,ChaDter 82-2. 006 (Land use violation. .- Storing Commercial Vehicles) Title 8, Chapter 88-4 .206 (Junkyard Conditions) Title 8, Chanter 84-4 .206 (Uses Permitted - R-7) ='he owner of the property has been notified of the violation(s) through written correspondence and certified mail. As of this date, compliance has not been gained. On September 1.8, 2001, the Ruilding inspection Department declared the property a public nuisance and posted a Notice Order to Abate under Title 1, Chapter 14-6. This appeal is being made ander the provisions of this title. Ordinance 82-2.006 (Land Use Violations) (Storing Commerical Vehicles), 88- 4.206 (Junkyard Conditions), and 84-4.206 (Uses Permitted R-7). The Board of Supervisors has scheduled this request for reconsideration on January 15, 2002, 9:00 a.m..
