TRAFFIC RESOLUTION NO. 3975
ABSTAIN: None Supervisorial District 4
SUBJECT: Pursuant to Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code declaring parking
to be prohibited.on Mobile Drive (Road No. 3975AV), Pacheco area.
The Contra Costa Board of Supervisors RESOLVES that:
On the basis of a traffic and engineering survey and recommendations thereon by the
County Public Works Department's Traffic Engineering Division, and pursuant to County
Ordinance Code Sections 46-2.002-46-2.012,the following traffic regulation is established
(and other action taken as indicated):
Pursuant to Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code parking is hereby
declared to be prohibited between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., on
both sides of Mobile Drive (Road No. 3975AV) in Pacheco, beginning at a
point 40 feet east of the center line of Berry Drive and extending easterly a
distance of 1,040 feet. Vehicles violating this parking restriction may be
removed pursuant to Section 22651(n) of the California Vehicle Code.
