HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12112001 - C.33 033 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on December 11, 2001. , by the following vote: AYES: SUPERVISOR 'GIOIA, GERBER, DeSAULNIER, GLOVER, & UILKEMA NOES: NONE ABSENT: NONE ABSTAIN: NONE SUBJECT: In the Matter of Adjusting the RESOLUTION NO. 2001/ 589 Salary Step Placement for a Certain Court Compliance Lead Specialist WHEREAS the Superior Court has appointed an existing employee and wants to compensate the individual at the third step of the salary range; WHEREAS the County Salary" Regulations, adopted in 1983, do not allow for advanced step placement for existing County employees without benefit of a Resolution; WHEREAS .the placement of the Court Compliance Lead Specialist indicated below at the second step does not take into consideration her salary and County experience as a Family Support Collections Officer; It is therefore recommended by the Superior Court and the Human Resources Department that the Board adopt this Resolution to address the circumstances listed above.
